Google Ads Built Around Revenue, Not Just Leads

I build Google Ads acquisition systems that connect search demand, landing pages, conversion tracking and CRM data — so campaigns can be optimized around qualified leads and sales, not just clicks and form submissions.

Why Choose Me

Ildar Yamaev

Marketing experience since 1996

I have worked in marketing since 1996. I have seen offline marketing, the early internet, SEO, paid search advertising, and social media advertising. I understand how these channels have changed over time. This gives me real marketing thinking, not just a set of tricks.

My strength: I don’t just configure advertising in an ad account. I understand which factors influence the results of online marketing and how to work with them systematically.

I have done marketing for my own businesses

This experience has shaped how I evaluate advertising decisions and business risk.

  • I ran ads for my own companies. When ads didn’t work, I lost my own money. This helped me learn fast.
  • Because of this, I understand the difference between ads made “for reports” and ads that really bring profit.

Another strength: I think like a business owner, not just like someone who follows instructions.

Experience with different types of businesses

What matters is not how many industries you work with, but how complex they are.

  • I have worked with simple products like clothing and mass-market goods.
  • At the same time, I have worked with complex services, industrial products, and online education.

My other strength: I can work with both simple demand and complex demand, where the audience must be filtered carefully.

My values

  • Honesty: no magic promises — I build a system.
  • Control and awareness, not blind execution.
  • Responsibility for results, not just for the process.
  • Deep theory, but practice still matters more.

Why is it beneficial for you to work with me?

Marketing experience since 1996

You work with a specialist with marketing experience since 1996

In 1995, I completed a marketing course. Since 1996, I have worked in marketing, starting with leaflets, flyers, newspaper ads, and articles. At that time, newspapers were a popular advertising channel.

From 2007, I applied this experience to building websites and working with search engines. Since 2011, I have worked with paid advertising in Google and Yandex. I also added social media advertising to my services in 2017.

I have worked in marketing since 1996 and in paid search advertising since 2011.

Working with me is very different from working with someone who has just finished a basic course and has little real experience in promoting serious businesses like yours.

Up to date with current trends

Up to date with current trends

I am part of professional marketing communities where I learn and share experience. I also continue to study and consult with leading specialists, often with experts who focus on only one traffic channel. This helps me understand each channel in more detail.

This helps me keep up with changes in online marketing and take them into account in my work.

A business-focused approach

A business-focused approach

My marketing experience since 1996 helps me evaluate advertising in the context of the whole business. I can help identify what is needed to get started, review the website or other marketing assets, choose a promotion approach, and run campaigns with a focus on relevant demand, lead quality, and business outcomes.

The screenshots show examples of how I helped even small manufacturing businesses receive more orders than they could handle. At one point, advertising had to be paused because even after raising prices (now higher than competitors), the factory could not keep up with demand.

I have experience in the following areas:

EdTech

EdTech (online courses and schools), tutoring services in standard school subjects.

Engineering services

Engineering services (HVAC, heating, ventilation, and related systems, etc.)

Women’s clothing manufacturing

Women’s clothing manufacturing (dresses, blouses, jumpsuits, suits, trousers, etc.)

Industrial equipment

Industrial equipment (air ducts, chillers, industrial fans, ventilation units, etc.).

Consumer goods

Consumer goods (bags, portable speakers, clothing, etc.).

Orthopaedic products

Orthopaedic products (orthopaedic pillows, insoles, footwear, etc.).

How I Make Sure
Your Google Ads Budget Isn’t Wasted

Relevant keywords, relevant ads, relevant page, real results

The Core Idea

Broad keywords attract the wrong visitors.
I use only keywords that can bring real customers.

Highly relevant keywords → Relevant ads → Relevant page → Sales

A simple example of wasted budget

Where the Budget Leaks

Targeting “buy a car” while offering an affordable family sedan may bring visitors who are actually searching for premium executive cars — and they will leave immediately. The budget is spent, but no sale happens.

What I do differently with precise searches

What I Do Differently

I use precise searches such as:

“Buy [specific model]”

Then send people straight to the page for that exact model. This alignment is intended to reduce irrelevant traffic and improve the path from click to enquiry or sale.

I optimise advertising campaigns

After That I Optimise Advertising Campaigns

Beginners often believe that creating one or two ads is enough to attract crowds of customers. While this does occasionally happen, real practice shows that it is usually the result of luck rather than a well-planned strategy.

Experienced advertisers focus on finding the right combinations. They discover which offer, creative, audience, and landing page — and at what cost — deliver the most profitable results.

This is exactly what I do during the optimisation stage.

5 Stages of Lead Quality Control

Not every lead should be treated as a valuable conversion.

The system connects Google Ads, your landing page and CRM so that lead quality can be checked before the data is sent back to Google Ads.

1

Google Ads brings a potential customer

A person finds your business through Google Ads, visits the landing page and decides to get in touch.

2

The lead contacts your business

The visitor contacts you through Telegram, WhatsApp or email.

3

The lead is captured in CRM

The lead and advertising source data are saved in CRM. After speaking with the person, the manager can evaluate the quality of the enquiry.

4

The lead is qualified

The manager marks the enquiry based on the real conversation.

Spam / irrelevant lead Not sent back to Google Ads STOP
Qualified lead Prepared for Google Ads CONTINUE →
Google Ads → Landing Page → Lead → CRM → Qualification → Google Ads

The goal is to give Google Ads better conversion signals based on lead quality, not simply on the number of enquiries.

Two Ways to Send Qualified Leads Back to Google Ads

Included at no extra cost

CSV Upload

Qualified leads can be exported from CRM into a CSV file and uploaded to Google Ads manually.

Best for: smaller advertising budgets, lower lead volumes and projects where full automation is not necessary.

Paid option

API Integration

Qualified lead data can also be transferred automatically from CRM through an API integration.

Best for: larger advertising budgets, higher lead volumes and projects where automation justifies the additional setup.

Both options use the same principle: Google Ads receives qualified lead data, not every enquiry. The right setup depends on your advertising budget, lead volume and the level of automation your project needs.

The Outcome

Less wasted spend
